Weekly Newsletter
I am happy to present our first newsletter of the year. Each week a newsletter will be published on my blog. It is intended to provide more information on what we are learning in school. In addition, look for important parent information to help connect you with your child's education.

First Week Of Second Grade
We had a great time meeting new friends! To help easy our nerves we read First Day Jitters by Julie Danneberg and then enjoyed some "Jitter Juice" to chase away the butterflies. We also shared our favorite book with a buddy. Preview the slide show for close up moments.

Stop In & Drop Off
Friends and Families are welcome to join us for Canal View's first annual Stop In & Drop Off session. Drop off school supplies, visit with old friends and meet new ones. We have letters offering advice from last year's second graders too. If you can't visit, here are some pictures of what you will see.
